Hard-to-Staff MAST
The employee must be a member of the MAST team to be eligible for the Hard to Staff incentive through the MAST team.
An employee in a MAST position must have a current qualified CDE license or authorization and appropriate endorsement for the position they hold to qualify for the incentive.
Qualified SSP Licenses Include:
1. PFSL - Professional Special Services License
2. PFSM - Professional Special Services License Masters
3. A6SN - Type VI Authorization Temp Special Services
4. INSL - Initial Spec Services License
Qualified Teacher Licenses Include:
1. AITN - Authorization: Interim Teacher
2. A6TN - Type VI Auth, Temp Teacher
3. ATL - Alternative Teacher License
4. ATLW - Alternative Teacher License Waiver
5. INTL - Initial Teacher License
6. LIFE - Life License
7. PFTL - Professional Teacher License
8. PFTM - Professional Teacher Lic-Master
9. PVTL - Provisional Teacher License
10. TFA - Teach for America
11. DTF - Denver Teaching Fellows
12. ATLWD - District issued license replacing DTF and TFA.
You must also have the appropriate endorsement to be eligible for this incentive.
Finally, if you are on the MAST team, you must pass the MAST specific Spanish Language Proficiency test.
