Hard-to-Staff ELA-S

There are two requirements to receive the ELA-S Hard-to-Staff Incentive:

  1. The classroom type assigned to the employee must be designated as ELA-S, ELA-S/ELA-E, ELA-S Resource or ELA-S Counselor.
  2. The ELA database must show that the employee passed the SLP or NM4 exam.
