PDU 2008-'09 Rules
Policy
For a Teacher who has 14 years of service credit or less in the 2008-2009 contract
year, PDUs will be paid out as salary building. Employees will only be paid out one
PDU per contract year. If an individual earns additional PDUs in the same contract year
that they have already been paid a PDU, all additional PDUs earned will be banked as
future salary building until the teacher has served more than 14 years. After 14 years,
any banked PDUs will be paid as a bonus.
